"ultimate" tour package for those who want to enjoy the scenery,
wildlife and adventures of the West Coast without having to
work for it!
It's
a fantastic combination package that begins with a gentle
raft trip down the world famous Campbell River
on a salmon viewing adventure. Follow this up with a
seaplane adventure airtour exploring the local waterways and you
have a truly unique "West Coast Safari."

The trip begins at the John Hart Power Station, where experienced
guides from Destiny
River Adventures will take you into the Elk Falls
Canyon where you can view wildlife or swim with the many thousands
of salmon that are holding there before they go upstream to
spawn. The tour continues down the Campbell River through
small rapids that will provide the beginners their first whitewater
splash.
All along the route our
guides will provide full narration of the many salmon habitat
projects that the community has established and if you're
lucky you'll even get a chance to see the famous Tyee Salmon
spawning along the river banks. The float finishes up at the
Campbell River estuary, where through conservation efforts,
a wide spectrum of wildlife & marine viewing and photo
opportunities are available. From the raft you board
a seaplane for the second leg of the journey from the Tyee Spit. Salmon viewing is seasonal in nature and peaks

NORTHCOAST SCENIC FLIGHT
For the adventurous souls who want to see the real British Columbia coast: this 2 hour seaplane flight takes you to wilderness lodges, remote marinas, logging camps, native villages and fish farms. This historic service has been a part of coastal life for over 50 years, long known as the mail plane or milk run it's still a vital part of our way of life today. From expectant mothers to children going to the dentist or the rich and famous going to a remote lodge this service has pretty much seen it all. On any flight your plane may stop at 5 or 6 locations enabling you to see the working coast from the unique perspective of a seaplane. This flight is available year round. By traveling on our scheduled service as a scenic passenger our coast is yours to explore. Places such as Sullivan Bay and Echo Bay or locations like Knight Inlet or Kingcome Inlet are all covered on this floatplane adventure tour of a lifetime.
