Another Canadian classic DeHavilland aircraft originally called the "King Beaver".

- Single engine 750 horsepower PT6 Turbine Pratt and Whitney.
- Edo 8100 floats
Of the original 466 Otters built between 1951 and 1967, less than 200 are still around. Originally powered by 600hp Pratt & Whitney Wasp radial engines, most have been converted to Turbine.

The Beech 18 is one of the most popular planes ever built,
featuring:
- 9 passenger or 1800 pound payload
- Two 450 horsepower Pratt and Whitney 985 radial engines
- Edo 7850 floats
Beechcraft built over 9,000 Beech
18s during a production run that ended in 1969.
